Parabolic trough collectors generally adopt a horizontal-axisnorth-south orientation with east-west rotation to track the sun. Each concentrator is equipped with a solar sensor and controller. The position of the concentrator can be independently adjusted through this controller without interfering with the normal operation of other concentrators.

The solar collector consists of the following components: 

    The collector employs stainless steel inner-tube vacuum collector tubes, eliminating the risk of glass tube breakage. The entire system utilizes metal piping with welded connections, ensuring no risk of medium leakage while offering excellent weather resistance and high stability. It withstands thermal shock from extreme temperature variations, with no risk of tube bursting during summer operation. This design is particularly suitable for projects demanding exceptionally high system operational stability.

    The linear-focusing solar collector achieves rapid heating from ambient temperature to 150°C within 15 minutes, meeting users' demands for high-efficiency and fast thermal energy utilization.The linear-focusing solar collector features a 64:1 concentration ratio and achieves operational temperatures up to 260°C, meeting industrial demand for high-temperature, high-grade thermal energy.

The evacuated receiver tubes in parabolic trough collectors feature minimized heat dissipation surfaces, while the single-axis tracking system (east-to-west solar tracking) effectively reduces cosine losses, achieving 30% higher thermal collection efficiency.Parabolic trough solar thermal systems demonstrate outstanding frost resistance, rapid temperature ramp-up capability, and high thermal collection efficiency with minimal heat dissipation. Utilizing low-temperature thermal oil as heat transfer fluid enables reliable and efficient operation even in winter conditions.
